Łukasz Dominiak, Włodzimierz Wincławski

Abstract

Article concerns about little-known work of Maria Kolabinskiej(1879–1951), Polish pupil of Vilfredo Pareto, whose book on the circulation of elites in France, from 11th to 18th century, deserves attention because of the consistent methodology and innovative approach to complex research material. Her work is all the more remarkable that Kolabińska represents small group of Polish women’s publishing sociological works before the First World War. The first part of the article contains information about first generations of Polish women writing about social issues during second half of 19th century.
